The Referral Process
- A patient contacts THANNER Australia with a referral from their specialist.
- The patient’s foot and gait are assessed, and paperwork is processed.
- The patient attends an in-clinic consultation or home visit for 3D scanning, pedograph and other measurements.
- The shoe is manufactured with the following timelines
